Pricing FAQ
What counts as a 'minute'?
Wall-clock time from when the call starts to when it ends. Calls under 30 seconds don't count against your quota.
Do unused free minutes expire?
No. Your 15 free minutes are lifetime — use them over a day or over a year. They never expire.
What happens to unused Pro minutes at the end of the month?
Up to 60 unused minutes roll over to next month. Anything above 60 expires. Top-up minutes expire at the end of your billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings or the Polar customer portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. Team plans with manager dashboards and shared analytics are coming in V2. For now, each rep needs their own account.
