1. Preamble
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the DojoSales service published by Lamacorn SASU, accessible at https://dojosales.com.
Use of the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
2. Definitions
- User: any adult natural person using the Service.
- Account: personal space created by the User.
- Service: the DojoSales platform.
- Free Plan: free offer limited to 15 minutes.
- Pro Plan: paid offer at $39 USD/month (launch offer, regular price $79 USD), 150 min/month.
- Top-up: one-time purchase of 30 additional minutes for $12 USD (Pro only).
3. Registration and Account
Registration via email (magic link), no password. The User agrees to provide accurate information. Account deletion via support@dojosales.com.
4. Service Description
DojoSales is an English sales call simulation platform with AI personas. The Service allows practicing calls, receiving automated feedback, creating dynamic personas (Pro), and practicing all call types (Pro).

6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply. By subscribing, the User accepts that execution begins immediately and waives their right of withdrawal.
7. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation possible at any time via “Manage subscription” on the Dashboard. Takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund except exceptional cases (blocking bug unresolved within 48h, unavailability >72h).
8. Use of the Service
Compliant use only. Prohibited: illegal use, unauthorized access, reverse-engineering, reselling, bots. Violation = immediate suspension without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Service provided “as is”. No guarantee of commercial results. AI personas are fictional, feedback is indicative. Liability capped at the total amount paid in the last 12 months.
10. Intellectual Property
All Service elements are the property of Lamacorn SASU. The User retains ownership of their dynamic personas and grants a non-exclusive license to provide the Service.

12. Modification of Terms
30 days notice by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Force Majeure
As defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (cyberattack, provider failure, etc.).
14. Applicable Law
French law. Exclusive jurisdiction of French courts. Mediation available via MEDICYS. In case of conflict, the French version prevails.
